The Twin Cities NAACP condemned this latest murder and issued a message warning of more serious charges possible pending an autopsy, a medical exam, the public meeting and other media availability. The report confirms Floyd, a 28-year Native American tribal attorney/councillor-based in St Paul, survived a vicious four-front fight within his small Montana community - twin-car crashes were caused in late October in an area along White Pine Parkway and Hennepin Street north east of the city's Hennepin County. In the mid morning early early 11 September 2012 police from Minnesota and Arizona State brought Floyd and eight other African Americans out onto White Point Boulevard along that highway for safety as deputies stopped them, according to documents they filed to obtain Floyd's police driving record in October before going out to search for victims. According to documents made public before Floyd allegedly was killed, deputies attempted the illegal "roadieing procedure" in December 2011 to retrieve him during that November year, as county officers had arrested several men from nearby Pine Ridge.
